The Process – If you like any of the deals sent to you then get in touch with us straight away. We will then communicate with you a breakdown of the figures and property details.


We will then send you over our terms of sale for you to sign and send back with an attached invoice.

Once this has been completed and the invoice has been paid we will disclose the full property details. We will then instruct the vendor or agent as to the identity of the buyer (you).

They will be in contact with you and the purchase will complete as a normal sale.

We are on hand to assist you if need be with anything during the purchase process until completion.

If you need us to recommend Mortgage brokers or Solicitors please let us know.

(Please note, our fee is fully refundable to you if the purchase of the property does not complete through no fault of your own. Your money is safely stored in our client account protecting you at all times.)
